Good morning Toronto Maple Leafs fans!
The Detroit Red Wings are in town tonight for the final pre-season game, and I'm assuming we'll see most of the opening night roster and a few players who are still fighting for some spots.
Hopefully it's a good game without injuries, and the internet gods smile on me while I work at the border and my phone keeps bouncing between US and Canadian towers, disconnecting my stream every 30 seconds. Fun!
Speaking of injuries...
There will be more in the preview later about that.
Everyone loves the new kid!

Until they don't....
With Patches still unsigned everyone is wondering what the move will be to make room to bring him on officially. Kämpf? Liljegren?
Does Liljegren wonder about his future with the #Leafs and anything that could come before rosters are due on Monday? "Everything can happen, right? I'm just trying to take it day by day. I know we got to make some changes, so we'll see where it goes."

Former Leafs goalie Jack Campbell will sit out as he seeks help.

And this is how I learned he's on the Red Wings.
The NCAA wants the best of the best. With Braxton Whitehead of the WHL challenging them by committing to the University of Arizona, they need to act fast on whether that will be allowed or not, because neither of them will back down.

We're ready right? It'll be a year of relentless positivity! Maybe.

He's not officially retired, but he travelled to Quebec City for a preseason game with the Bruins, and said he could come back with someone else...

Finally, it feels like the adults were the ones on the ice in this Peewee game...
