We will have the return of William Nylander to the lineup and hopefully he gives the metaphorical finger to the Canucks fans in attendance by scoring a lot and helping the Leafs win, snap the losing streak, and kick-off a maybe possibly sort of potential pathway back to the playoffs.
Yes, that's a long shot, but it begins with actually winning a game, and tonight they face the literal last place team in the whole league, so if you can't win this one...

The Marlies have their first home game in weeks tonight at the Coliseum, playing the Laval Rocket at 5:00 p.m., note that start time is an hour later than normal for a Saturday game.

More trouble for the Regional Sports Networks in the US. The media group that broadcasts games for the Hurricanes, Red Wings, Kings, Wild, Predators, Blues and Blue Jackets may file for bankruptcy as early as next week, and the NHL would be forced to invoke contingency plans immediately, including offering rights to local TV stations, but they would also make all of the teams' regional games available free on the NHL app.

Enjoy your Saturday with hockey. While there was only one game yesterday–Columbus beat Chicago 4-2–there are 14 games on the calendar for today, with the first starting at noon ET.
